TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE ONLINE STORE

The products of the online store are sold by Company Ltd. We sell products to adult individuals in Finland and the EU area. The prices of the products include value-added tax.

We reserve the right to change prices and postage fees. The terms below apply to products delivered by Company Ltd. If you order through the service of Company Ltd., you accept their terms of delivery.

ORDERING

Products are mainly ordered online at www.rehtistore.fi. All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the order price, delivery costs, and the ordered products.

Receiving the order confirmation requires providing an email address during the order. The customer commits to the terms of delivery valid for each order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will send an order confirmation by email and a separate invoice, which includes:
- reference number
- our bank account number
- the total amount of the invoice

PAYMENT METHODS

Products can be paid for by invoice or through the PayPal service. When using an invoice, we send the invoice along with the shipment. The invoice is sent with the order or electronically.

DELIVERY METHOD AND DELIVERY COSTS

Our basic delivery is made without separate delivery costs. We deliver orders as packages and large letters; only a package can be tracked with a tracking code. If delivery is desired as a "fragile" package, an additional fee for processing the separate package is added according to the current prices of the post. EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS

The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right according to Finnish consumer protection laws. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in the original packaging. Include the following information with the return:
- your customer number
- your name
- your address and phone number
- your bank account number
- and a copy of the order confirmation

We do not accept returns after 14 days from the date of delivery. When the return is accepted, the money will be refunded to your account after receiving and processing the return.

PROBLEMS DURING TRANSPORT AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product is lost during transport, damaged, or the wrong product is delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately notify the error to tremedia@tremedia.fi or by mail to the above address. Notification of a faulty delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made to the post office immediately.

PRIVACY AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Company Ltd processes all customer information completely confidentially. Company Ltd commits not to disclose customer information under its control to a third party. Customer register information is not disclosed to anyone outside of Company Ltd, except as required by law. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- managing and developing customer relationships
- implementing the service
- verifying customer transactions
- developing customer service and business
- marketing
- analysis and statistics
- opinion and market research
- other similar purposes

Company Ltd's customer information is only processed by our own staff and the following contracting partners, who are bound by the same data protection practices:

Protection and processing of personal data: Manually processed documents containing personal data are properly destroyed within 24 months at the latest. ---------- The personal data stored and destroyed on our ordering and billing systems as well as on our website are stored and destroyed properly within 24 months from the last date of data transfer. The information is collected into databases that are protected by firewalls, passwords, and other technical means. Only certain pre-named individuals have access to the databases. Personal data is not transferred outside the EU or EEA unless it is necessary for the technical implementation of data processing.

CHANGES TO DELIVERY CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change our delivery conditions. The customer must familiarize themselves with the current delivery conditions before placing an order.
